TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Eligibility

    • The participant is a legal citizen of the United States of America who is 18 years or older as of the entry date.
    • Employees, officers, and directors of Z-Branding, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible.
    • All registrants must be employed at the company they are registering for and communicate using their work email addresses.
  • Contest Period

    • It begins at 9:00 AM Central Time on May 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on May 31, 2024.
  • How to Enter

    • Form Completion
        • Participants must complete the contest entry form in its entirety, including providing all necessary personal information and any other details required by the contest organizers.
        • Participants MUST follow and connect with Kraig Kleeman’s LinkedIn Account.
        • Must like and follow the LinkedIn Page Z-Branding
    • Video Entry on LinkedIn
        • Participants can opt to post a video as part of their entry for additional bonus points.
        • By posting a video entry on LinkedIn using their personal account, participants agree to allow Z-Branding to edit the video, which may include adding music, the Z-Branding logo, and cinematic cuts.
        • The edited video may be posted by Z-Branding for promotional purposes.
    • LinkedIn Posting:
      • Contestants are required to make a minimum of four (4) posts on their individual LinkedIn profile during the contest period.
        • At least one post must be of their contest entry video if the participant opted to post one on their personal LinkedIn account.
        • The other posts should promote the contest using the promotional assets assigned to each participant by the contest organizers.
      • In addition to their own posts, contestants must reshare Kraig Kleeman’s posts on LinkedIn a minimum of four (4) times during the contest period. You will be notified each time that Kraig Kleeman posts on LinkedIn.
  • Submission Guidelines and Content Standards:

    • Videos must be original, unpublished works that do not contain offensive or inappropriate content.
    • Submissions must not infringe on any third party’s rights and must comply with LinkedIn community standards.
    • Z-Branding reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or non-compliant.
  • Winner Selection and Notification:

    • Selection will be based on creativity, adherence to the theme, and engagement metrics.
    • The winners will be announced on June 5, 2024. They will be notified via email and must claim their prize within 48 hours of notification.
  • Prizes:

    • The grand winner will receive:
        • Two first-class plane tickets.
        • Two tickets to see The Rolling Stones in the Pit at Soldier Field on June 27.
        • Lodging at The St. Regis Chicago.
        • A fine dining experience.
    • The 1st runner-up will receive:
        •  Turntable Player 
        • Vintage Rolling Stones Vinyl Album
    • The 2nd runner-up will receive:
      •  Customized Rolling Stones Kicks
  • Cancellation or Changes to Prizes:

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or concert cancellation, Z-Branding and its sponsors are not liable for providing an alternative prize or compensation.
    • Any changes to the prizes will be communicated to the winners as soon as possible.
  • Travel Stipulations:

    • Travel for the grand prize is only provided from locations within the United States.
    • Winners are responsible for ground transportation to and from their chosen major metropolitan airport. All airfares are round trip to and from the same major metropolitan airport.
  • Event Cancellation Clause:

    • Z-Branding and its affiliates are not responsible and shall be held harmless if the concert or any part of the prize package is canceled or postponed for any reason outside their control. No compensation or substitution for the canceled or postponed event will be provided in such an event.
  • General Liability Release:

    • Participants release Z-Branding, its affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, officers, agents, employees, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest from any liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this contest and/or acceptance or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss.
  • Privacy and Publicity:

    • The personal information collected will only be used to administer this contest and for other purposes as outlined in Z-Branding’s privacy policy.
    • Winners agree that Z-Branding may use their names, likenesses, and video submissions for Z-Branding’s promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
    • Winners agree that their name and title will be used for Z-Branding promotion materials including, but not limited to B-Roll video, video interviews, testimonial quotes, and other standard promotional materials and assets
  • Social Media Compliance:

    • This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with LinkedIn. All queries should be directed to Z-Branding, not social media platforms.
  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

    • The contest and these terms and conditions are governed by Hong Kong law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Central Hong Kong.
  • Right to Modify, Cancel or Suspend:

    • If the contest cannot run as planned due to infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Z-Branding that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, Z-Branding reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
  • Additional Notes:

    • All participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by Z-Branding for the duration of the contest.
    • Entries that do not meet all the above requirements will be considered incomplete and may be disqualified.
